I will never share your email with anyone, unless it is required for professional purposes (and agreed to by you). I will not need your phone number for proofreading and editing purposes, but should you wish to communicate by phone, then I will collect your phone number. I will also obtain your written material. As per the above in &#8220;Introduction&#8221;, I will not share this. <\/p>\n<!-- \/divi:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- divi:paragraph -->\n<p class=\"\"><strong>How this information is used<\/strong> &#8211; I will primarily communicate via email, but also by phone, if agreed. I will provide an agreed service of proofreading and editing for your written material, and submit the amended version to you once finished. I will use email for sending invoices and payment requests. <\/p>\n<!-- \/divi:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- divi:paragraph -->\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Confidentiality of client work<\/strong> &#8211; I will access your written material for proofreading and editing purposes only. <\/p>\n<!-- \/divi:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- divi:paragraph -->\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Email database<\/strong> &#8211; At present, I do not have a database, and have no plans to do so, for the immediate future.
